Our ManUp champion’s role is to support the local male population in achieving their health goals and that is exactly what Zinc FM’s Rob Kidd intends to do.
“I'm supporting this great initiative because I can see the benefit of not only having a healthy body but also a healthy mind. I'm involved in a few sports around Gladstone with touch football, hockey, and roadrunners so I need to have a body that will work in all these sports, and having a healthy lifestyle and diet is paramount.
With my work I'm constantly on the go, meeting new people and hosting events so the last thing I want is to be run down from a lack of healthy food or activity. This is where this program is so important to me and hopefully the rest of the male community.
Remember I'm human and do struggle when it comes to those nice treats that you find in that certain supermarket isle, but it's all about willpower. If you can say no, it's half the battle done.”
